Terms of Service

By creating an account or using World Cup Predictor (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account, so keep your password safe.
• One person, one account. Don’t impersonate anyone else.

When using World Cup Predictor, you agree not to:

• Cheat, automate predictions, or otherwise game the leaderboards.
• Harass other users in league chat or display names.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for anything illegal.

World Cup Predictor is a free-to-play game of skill. There is no entry fee and no cash prize. Predictions lock at kick-off; we reserve the right to correct scoring errors retrospectively where the official match result is wrong or revised.

The World Cup Predictor name, logo, app, and website are owned by us. The content you submit (your predictions, league names, display name) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it as part of running the Service.

The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or up to date with live match data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be excluded under applicable law.

You can delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
